Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty Policy

Due to the custom nature of each light—hand-finished and built to customer specifications—all returns and order cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the labor and time invested in assembling each product.

Please note that electronic components are non-returnable due to their sensitive nature. We offer replacement or repair only, provided the parts have not been damaged during installation.

For any warranty-related concerns, please contact us first. Many issues can be resolved without returning your light. If a return is necessary, we’ll provide instructions. Be sure to include your shipping information and a description of the issue when warranty is required.
