Returns, Cancellations, and Warranty Policy

Due to the custom nature of each light—hand-finished and built to customer specifications—all returns and order cancellations must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee helps offset the labor, time, and materials invested in producing each custom-built product.

Electronic components are non-returnable due to their sensitive nature. In these cases, replacement or repair may be offered at our discretion, provided the components have not been damaged through installation, modification, or misuse.

For warranty-related concerns, customers must contact us prior to returning any product. Many issues can be resolved without requiring the light to be sent in. If a return is deemed necessary, return instructions will be provided. Please include your shipping information and a detailed description of the issue when requesting warranty service.
